Thank you for your feedback. We do not charge a monthly membership fee, and you only pay when you receive a product or service. That helps us to keep the fees for those services as low as possible for all patients. We understand that our service may not be right for everyone, but we believe that we can help many receive access to affordable, quality healthcare that might not receive it otherwise. Many of our patients do not have prescription insurance coverage or have high deductible plans. Our visit fees and prescriptions costs are often less than typical insurance copays.
