Horrible
Horrible, expect upcharges they don’t tell you about, then you are stuck with no refund on what you’ve already paid unless you call your bank and report, and get reversed, I also suggest calling the States Attorney Generals office as I am.

Hello Deborah. All of our pricing and visit information are clearly listed on the Redbox Rx website under the FAQ's section and under the visit type you are needing. This includes the discounted cost of a provider visit when you use our pharmacy and the full cost of a visit when you use your own pharmacy. It is our policy to refund the cost of a provider visit only in the case that you are not provided a prescription which did not apply in your case. Both a patient care advocate and our patient care team supervisor attempted to discuss this with you when you reached out to us as well as how to get your prescription transferred to the pharmacy of your choice though we have no control over the prices at your own pharmacy. The doctors and staff are courteous and…
The doctors and staff are courteous and kind. I've been struggling with anxiety and insomnia and they gave me my preferred treatment, which was nice. It's affordable and effective. Thank you for your services.

What sets Redboxrx apart from the other…
What sets Redboxrx apart from the other telehealth platform is they don't charge a monthly or subscription service fee. I hope that doesn't change. My video visit started on time, Bethany, my provider was great and very easy to talk to. I never felt rushed to end the visit.

So far so good
So far so good. I requested Azelaic Acid yesterday evening, and this morning my prescription is already on its way to be sent out. The service, and prescription is cheaper than one of its online competitors. So far, I am happy with this service, and will use automatic refills
