I do not recommend Redbox rx, it is cheap for a reason

I had been using the site for almost 2 years and for the most part it was great and convenient. A year ago I was prescribed through the site Praxil, which turns out has some seriously screwed up withdrawal side effects. I was on 20 mg a day. When I needed to get a refill of my Praxil prescription the site would not let me see a provider. No matter how I answered the questions the site would say "we don't recommend this treatment option". I tried setting up a new treatment plan and the same thing,after I would answer the questions about my symptoms they wouldn't let me see a provider. Eventually I had to start cutting my prescription in half and I took those every day for a month. Eventually I ran out and after two days without the withdrawal symptoms started. Intense nausea, insomnia, migraine headaches, and major irritability for two weeks. I was out of work for a week. I don't know why the site wouldn't let me through to speak with a provider, but I shouldn't have to change how I answered their automated questions in order to see someone and get the help I need.
