My package was not delivered to me. It was supposed to be delivered to my mailbox but was allegedly delivered to a locker which my complex doesn’t even utilize. After 3 phone numbers (given by their staff), 2 transfers and a blind transfer (an hour+of my time) I was told that they cannot assist me and that I need to file a claim with USPS before they will move forward. Instead of Redbox just reissuing me a new order, so that I am not without of my ointment, they told me I have to resolve with USPS. This is only my second order and I 100% am cancelling my subscription. There are way too many companies out here to deal with this, so I will take my chances elsewhere update 10/23/24 ——please be aware that when I gave them the resolution from USPS labled “misdelivered package” they told me it wasn’t enough. Second email from USPS wasn’t enough because it didn’t have a USPS header though it came from …@usps.gov. ….. The response below was not told to me. Only was told that I need to repurchase and had to just wait. I had to visit USPS 2 times, have USPS redo their email 2 times and call Redbox 10+ times that week. No one followed up with me, constant blind transfers. No one offered to transfer to a pharmacy at all and no one was kind to me. Surprisingly USPS was far kinder and helpful than Redbox whose staff was insufferable. After all those visits and a lengthy email exchange with USPS later asking them to reword the entire investigation email to Redbox liking, and change the USPS template email, I eventually got my replacement but still isn’t worth the headache with all the other companies out there. Cancelled my subscription with them based on customer service alone.

Easy and fast. Great service. This is for people who know what they are doing and need, not someone who needs to visit a hospital or Urgent Care. A really valuable service!!!

So far my experience has been great. Quick process from reaching out for Latisse to approval notification. Turnaround time was just a few hours. Price cannot be beat as dermatology and spa prices in my area are $80.00 higher for same product and quantity. Hopefully delivery will be just as efficient as the approval process.

I ordered medication from this company, and it never shipped. I finally canceled my order with them two weeks ago, and they still will not refund the nearly $300 they took from me—scam artists.
