New customer
I am new to this company, however my interaction with Redbox Rx has been without incident. I read other reviews about double billing and not receiving shipped medication, however, this has not been my experience. I filled out a medication and symptoms history evaluation online, and received my subscription in less than 7 days. I received a text notification when it was time to renew, and it was shipped within 48hrs of my renewal request. I have been plesantly surprised and very pleased with Redbox RX's service.

Very happy I signed up
The process to request a prescription was very easy, and didn't take long at all. Fortunately I had saved info about Redbox to my phone a few months ago, cause it was obvious they were the least expensive. Glad I did, wasn't expensive, and got approved in just a few hours. So great service!

Using this service was fairly easy and…
Using this service was fairly easy and straightforward but I was granted the prescription last weekend but the actual medication won't arrive until Friday. What's the point of doing this online if I'm going to wait this long. Urgent care could have gotten me my meds the same day. I most likely won't use this type of service again unless I have no other option.

Hello Ruth. We do have expedited shipping available through FedEx in most states if you are needing your prescription faster. You can also choose to send your prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice, we would just have you pay the full visit fee as our discounted provider visit cost is when you use our pharmacy. These options are available for you to choose when you fill out your initial questionnaire for the provider visit and can be found on the RedBox Rx website. If you ever have any questions on shipping options or how to get your treatment sent to a local pharmacy, please give our patient care team a call at 844-733-2697 as we would be happy to help you.
