Ease of using their platform combined…
Ease of using their platform combined with the convenience and speediness (from dr review to shipping and receiving) - priceless. This has saved me time at the doctors with zero hassle…and the best part- medications shipped right to my door. Thank you Redbox rx for revolutionizing prescription medications and ease of use on your website.

Rude doctors who don’t care about…
Rude doctors who don’t care about regulating meds but get off on telling you no. Nasty attitude, bedside manner. Rushes through every patient. Treats everyone like Theyre drug seeking.

Waste of money
showed up late, left early, and did not get the meds I needed. Told me to come back 2 months later.

Thank you for reaching out Will. We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. When you request an evaluation for a condition we treat, our licensed prescribers will review the information you provide and give a prescription and treatment plan that is most appropriate for you based on the information you've provided as well as their own medical expertise. It may not always be the plan or the medication you prefer, but you can view the reason why the provider made that decision instead in the "note from your provider" found on your visits tab in your account. Patient safety is very important to us and sometimes it is for the patient's own health and safety to prescribe an alternative treatment or advise you to seek in-person care. In regards to your visit with the provider, we do expect every one of our providers to give the same level of service and professionalism for each patient. Please feel free to reach out to one of our Patient Card Advocates at either 844-733-2697 or email us at [email protected] to discuss the experience with your provider further.

The provider was on the online portal…
The provider was on the online portal promptly and was courteous and pleasant. Did not speak in a “mental health” manner and I am so very grateful to have found this company!! Also a lot cheaper and all of the above compared to a sour experience with a certain “citrus “ company that I thankfully won’t have to deal with anymore.
