I had a great experience! My appt was the same day at 9pm on a Friday, which works so well with my schedule. The telehealth appt and getting adhd non stimulant medication prescribed went well. Received the medication in the mail with no problems. The prices for the video call and prescription were extremely affordable as well. I’m happy I found Redbox rx I’ll definitely use them again in the future for other needs as well!

Treatment went well and I’ve been prescribed one antidepressant prior and then I went back because it was not going good with the Wellbutrin and had another treatment interview and together we decided to go off of Wellbutrin and then start on Lexapro so as far as I was concerned, good, I was gonna pay for the prescription as soon as it was ready and low and behold, I wait three days and still no words so I emailed them about it and then they did not answer back so I emailed them again and then the next thing you know I receive an email saying my visit had been refunded $25 out of the $35 that was charged and there’s no word on why the medication was not prescribed as far as I’m concerned. The visit went really well and the nurse led me to believe that it went well too, and I was ready to move onto Lexapro and she even started me on the weaning instruction so I’ve been weaning off of one and ready for the other and now I don’t receive the other . So I’m just stuck and goes to show. I should’ve listened to the other one star reviews. Not recommended. Hope you have better luck than I did.

This was my first time using RedBox Rx, I needed topical prescription cream but did not have time this week to go to the doctor. I found this site through Google. The approved everything by 7:30AM the next morning. Did not do 5 stars because my product just shipped. This was way easier than the first site I clicked on and they actually asked you some questions, unlike the other. Edit got my order right on time! Thanks

Prices were great better than what I found. The intake was easy. However the physician reviews your intake I had put that I wanted to up my medication or add something to it and that I would like to speak to a doctor or get their opinion. No response just a RX for a higher dose. Otherwise, extremely fast service.

Our goal is to make it convenient for you to be evaluated and receive treatment while following all state and federal regulations on how telehealth shall be conducted. All our customers utilizing Mental Health Services (Depression, Anxiety, Adult ADHD, Insomnia) are conducted through a live video visit. For all other services, except where required by law, the medical provider will evaluate you by reviewing your intake form where you provide personal information and answer questions. Because we believe in making our providers accessible, all new and existing customers have the ability to consult with the medical provider by phone or video should you wish.
