I used this company last summer and had a smooth process with a video consult and shipping for the prescription. When I tried to refill recently, I went through the steps, paid the money and never received anything. I’ve called numerous times only to have the call dropped. I emailed numerous times and received a response and escalation notice, which resulted in an email with a link to redo the renewal process and pay more money. I replied with the issue and have not heard back since. It’s been a month since my Rx was “refilled” and my calls have only been redirected to the line that drops, and even the woman helping me today said she couldn’t get hold of the pharmacy either. I requested a refund (which apparently must be processed through the iharmacu which nobody can get a hold of) so if they don’t get back to me about refunding me, I will be contacting my bank and dispiriting the charges. I thought the company was legit since it went smoothly last summer and I received the prescription, but apparently this company is like many others that rope you in just to drop service and scam you. Would not recommend.

Really quick and easy service. Helped when I was experiencing a pretty severe eczema breakout on my hands and arms.

Video chat was told would fill my Rx and was sent to my pharmacy. Next morning they called my pharmacy and cancelled my Rx for my depression for lexapro 10mg! Why?! No email no notifications nothing. They took my 107 dollars and did nothing.

This is such a great experience if you require telehealth care. I have been with them for a while now, and I can tell you they are experts in providing safe, reliable and compassionate care. They listen, ask questions, make positive suggestions and so much more. They have their own pharmacy who will deliver directly to your door. Well established. Well credentialed. 5 stars’
