Paid my money, had a video chat with a PA( was told it would be with a doctor) about anxiety/ depression issues and she (also she looked like she had not slept in days, dark circles under her eyes and she repeating herself) told me she could not help me and would have an a doctor reach out to me, which no one has, so my credit card was charged and no results.

Our policy is if our providers are not able to give you a prescription to treat your condition, we offer a refund for the visit fee. I am so thankful for this place after losing my job and insurance. Helped me be able to afford to keep my mental health in line. And had one issue with UPS that wasn’t their fault, but they went out of their way to be sure I got my medicine. I really appreciated that. Recommend to anyone looking for a low cost solution.

Because of insurance problems I had to find a quick way to get my medication. I found the RedboxRX website and filled out a questionnaire and was scheduled a virtual appointment with a doctor that same day. I completed the appointment with the doctor and my medication was shipped and I received it in 2 days. I highly recommend this service if you can’t get your medication the traditional way. 5 star pharmacy. Thank you for the excellent quick service.
