It was a pleasure dealing with RB. Called customer service to help with account and they were on it. Fixed my mistake and processed my order. Everyone was especially nice. Good Job!!

No Medication, No Refund, No Response
I ordered prescription medication from RedBox Rx and never received it. The package was shipped through a UPS-to-USPS handoff service. UPS tracking showed the package was delivered to USPS for final delivery, but USPS could not locate the package and confirmed they had no record of it being delivered to me. I contacted RedBox Rx and explained that the package appeared to have been lost during the transfer between carriers. I provided my shipping information and requested an investigation, but after that I stopped receiving responses. I paid for medication that I never received, and RedBox Rx has refused to issue a refund or provide a meaningful resolution. Losing a package is one thing; ignoring a customer after taking payment for prescription medication is another. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Easy communication and process
Easy communication and process. The physicians don't talk down to you but talk with you. It takes a few days to set up a consultation. I got busy at work and was late to my meting but she called me and everything worked out well.

Service process is great
Service process is great. Your shipping and shipping process sucks and extremely difficult to find shipping info.... Infact I still can't find a shipping tab!!!! Sucks sucks!!!
