When you choose our pharmacy to ship your prescription(s), the default shipping method is through UPS Mail Innovations, which has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. We do offer expedited shipping through UPS as well, and the pricing and shipping options are listed on our website. The quickest way to get your prescription is to have it sent to your local pharmacy. While you would not be eligible for the discounted visit price when you choose to use our pharmacy, you would be able to get your prescription much more quickly especially if it is a medication you are needing urgently. If you have any additional questions regarding shipping or getting your prescription at a local pharmacy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at either 844-733-2697 or by email at [email protected].

I had an appointment with them 2 days…
I had an appointment with them 2 days ago via virtual call but I still did not get my prescription. I already talked to the provider and asked me all the questions. She went over again to all the questions and made a summary about it. I was told she will write me a prescription that will cover my symptoms. After that there was no email and no updates in my account. I emailed the support team but it takes them too long to respond to my email. Such a poor quality of service in this company. I will definitely not use this platform again. Hopefully I can get my refund if there is no update or they will just keep me waiting for me to get a treatment. It us such an inconvenience.

We strive to reply to all emails within 72 hours and thank you for your patience during times of delay. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3pm CST. After reviewing your case, I see that we did reply to your inquiry and have been working with our provider team to fix the issue with the prescription. I won't be using RedBox Rx again
I won't be using RedBox Rx again. My prescription order was placed on July 6 before 11:00 AM. I didn't receive a tracking number until July 10 at 7:00 PM. I only got the package on July 11 at 3 PM. I needed the medicine urgently, so I ended up getting it from another company. It didn't work for me.
