I chose RedBox because every other online prescription place is like $150 for an appointment, and/or want a monthly subscription. I chose RedBox because just $25 for an appointment is pretty great. I’m not sure why everyone doesn’t switch to them versus others. My appointment was only about 5 minutes; which is exactly what I wanted. I already knew what I wanted and why and clearly the provider agreed and make it quick and easy. If I had questions or concerns I’m sure the provider would have spent the time with me, but it simply wasn’t needed. The wait time for appointments are also less than other companies.

I waited to receive my medications before reviewing and I just got my prescription from RedBox. It was easy to navigate the site, to describe my condition and to order the meds. I found the consultation and the cost of the medication affordable. My meds arrived about 5 days later (was scheduled for 3 days but that is on USPS as I could see by tracking the package). I am happy with this hassle-free service and would recommend this site and will order again!

I don’t understand why I need to do a periodic checkup by submitting my hair pictures every three months for finasteride. If I stop taking finasteride, my hair will fall out. This is a lifetime commitment. There’s no need for me to take this survey and pay to have a doctor look it over with my pictures included. It’s pointless and a waste of money.

Absolutely a scam. I had an online consultation, rx written and paid before before noon. Per their website, it should have shipped the same day. Fast forward several days, multiple attempts to get support and they literally do not respond. The only recourse is to file a charge back through my bank. So I shared my medical history with a "doctor" for the benefit of having to do extra paperwork to get back what Redbox stole from me. It's not worth their self professed "convenience".
