Do not trust this service! I paid $40 total (medication and consultation) and received nothing. They claimed there was no tracking info and to wait 10 days before contacting them. I never received anything and a couple weeks later I called and emailed. An extremely unprofessional and rude customer associate emailed me back named, Jennifer. She emailed me almost instantly with tracking information that said it was delivered almost 2 weeks ago. I asked where it was delivered to because where I live is tricky receiving packages and that’s why I wanted a tracking number, which was promised to me. She just sent a screen grab that it was dropped off with the receptionist or front desk person. I didn’t mind repaying the $20 to get my medication because I really need it, but I want to ensure that it wasn’t going to come out of my refill for the next month to avoid paying $69 for another consultation. This seems like a big scam. The reason being is a woman claimed, she never got any of my emails for last two days asking these questions. Then she didn’t even answer my question when she emailed me back. She said it would have to be ordered again at my expense. That isn’t what I was concerned with. I wanted to make sure it doesn’t come out of my refill. I don’t think that this is a real company. There’s no company on earth that treats our customers like this. Proceed with great caution.

I don’t have health insurance through my work yet because I missed the last enrollment period, so I was on Google searching how to quickly/easily get hydroxyzine prescribed for insomnia (I had this script a few years ago) without having to jump through a million hoops and wait 3 months to see a GP in person. Came across RedBox Rx and was somewhat skeptical because it seemed too good to be true. I paid for my video consultation and met with the doctor (don’t remember her name right now but she was great!) and told her I used to take hydroxyzine for sleep and occasional anxiety and that I didn’t have insurance or access to a doctor right now, but that my lack of sleep was affecting my daily life. She asked me a few more questions but the whole video visit was no more than 3-5 minutes which is exactly what I was hoping for, so quick and easy! They sent the prescription through the website, I reviewed it to make sure it was the mg dose I needed, then paid for it and it arrived in my mailbox maybe 5 days later. They have auto-refills which is great, but also sends you an email when it’s almost refill time to give you the option to snooze (delay) your refill for another 2 weeks if you don’t need it refilled yet. I used this feature as my meds can be taken 1 or 2 at a time and I had primarily been taking 1 every night, so I still had plenty left when my first refill came around. I decided not to delay it again and received my first refill in the mail today, just as efficiently as the first one! I didn’t mean for this review to get so long, but I read some of the 1 star reviews and couldn’t understand what happened because my experience was so great. I would definitely recommend RedBox Rx for anyone looking for affordable and convenient prescriptions :)

The doctor responded and assessed my symptoms quickly. They mailed my medication directly to my home, which arrived in a couple of days. Easy process. Quick and simple to use. Fast process too. I placed my order, and someone reviews it within 24hrs or less. And the item is shipped the next day. Got a prescription for tretinoin. Second time using this app/website. They charge you each time you “consult” with a dermatologist just like you would get charged each time you see a specialist. And of course you pay for your prescription without insurance.

I had trouble trying to unlock my camera and mic for my appointment but was able to speak with the doctor by phone. Dr Molly F. Was very patient, professional , and knowledgeable about the medication prescribed for me. Dr. Molly F. encouraged me to call or email if I have any questions.

The doctor are great , the meds are affordable and life saving. Great company
