We understand that sometimes things come up and we allow you to reschedule the appointment as long as you give us 24 hours notice. Appointments can be rescheduled through the visits tab in your account. This can be done as many times as necessary. We reserve that time specifically for you and your provider. If you miss your scheduled appointment then you would have to complete another assessment and schedule a new appointment at your expense. If you have a situation come up where you are not able to give 24 hour notice, please call us at 844-733-2697. We will do everything we can to get you scheduled for a time that works for you.

Thank you for your feedback Joan. RedBox Rx is a little different than some other telehealth services. We do not charge a monthly membership fee. You only pay when you receive a product or service. That helps us to keep the fees for those services as low as possible for all patients. I am truly sorry to hear that your original treatment caused side effects. I see that you have been able to connect with your original provider and have purchased another prescription. Many patients have been able to continue their medications by utilizing our services until they are able to be seen by their primary provider. I can understand your frustration Ivonne. When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will NOT be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. If a treatment is prescribed that is different from what you've selected, you will be asked to review and pay for your prescribed treatment. You will receive a receipt after every transaction to the email address associated with your RedBox Rx account. You always have the option to have your prescription sent to your local pharmacy. If you select that option, that pharmacy will determine the cost of any prescribed medication, and you will be charged the full visit cost of $69.
