I paid 69 dollars for a UTI…
I paid 69 dollars for a UTI prescription only to be texted 24 hours after I paid that a prescription was not going to be written because I had indicated flank pain. I do not have flank pain and it was accidently checked on a long list of boxes they have you go through and check off. There is nobody to take my call and nobody is answering my email. Absolute SCAM.

Some symptoms can be a sign of something more serious that cannot be diagnosed or ruled out through a telehealth visit. It sounds like in this case it was accidently selected as a symptom you were experiencing but that information was provided to the prescriber.
