The response from Red Box has been rapid and the whole experience has been super easy.

Very mixed bag. Their prices are fair and I am thankful for the product they've given me, but I think they are excessively cautious with their prescriptions. I use them for Busiprone, an anti-anxiety medication. The norm is to begin at 7.5 mg twice per day, increase it every few days, and begin taking 10-15 mg 2x per day within the first week. Here's how my video chats have played out so far. 1st: December 20th. I signed up for 15 mg 2x per day because the maximum safe dose is considered 30 mg twice per day. They said "We don't want to start you off at too high of a dose, so let's start you off at 5 mg twice per day." This is lower than the normal starting dose, but okay. 2nd: January 20th. I have been on the medication for a month. They say "Let's just upgrade you to 10 mg once per day, we don't want to go too fast." This technically isn't an upgrade at all, and is still lower than the typical starting dose (7.5x2 for a total of 15). The average dose by the end of the first week is 20-30 mg, yet I'm at 10 mg after one month. I say okay. I am led to believe that my dose will be upgraded the next visit. 3rd: Today. The person I speak to says they won't upgrade me at all this time because they don't 'want to go too fast.' I've been on the medication for three and a half months and am still at a lower dose than what the average Day 1 starting dose is. She told me that I should go to therapy. I do not need and I do not want therapy. I am 36 years old and know what's best for me; I am generally of fair mental health and just want Busiprone to help patch up the last remaining weak spots. This is an absurd level of caution. 15 mg 2x is the standard after a week or two of treatment, not 10 mg 1x after nearly four months. I'll be sticking with RedBox because their prices are good and there's not many services similar to them, but they should probably relax some of their prescription practices. Safety is important, but they're behaving in a way that's much more strict than what safety guidelines actually suggest.

The entire process of requesting a prescription and scheduling a virtual appointment with a physician was incredibly easy and user friendly. I also appreciate the thorough questions about my past and current health (history). I will definitely use Redbox again and refer this platform to family and friends.

So far my experience with Redbox has been quick and simple but most importantly the medication I’m needing is much more reasonable than getting it from the pharmacy in which my normal doctor calls it into. Haven’t gotten the meds yet but so far I’m happy with the cost savings. Will leave another review to follow up my experience after receiving my meds.

Just wanted to follow up , after my first quick and easy visit , I gave 4 stars This time I am giving 5 stars, my meds came in 3 business days, I received email and text messages with confirmation I will be using RedBoxRx in the future Hopefully it will stay the same
