Easy to complete the requirements and processing was quick. Will see how long it takes for delivery but so far so good.

I’m really surprised to see some of these bad reviews. I’m not sure why anyone would leave a bad review about this company when the real issue is with the shipping provider but it seems to be a thing. Please use critical thinking. —————— I’ve had great results here. I’ve ordered a couple prescriptions that I have previously been prescribed. I know how I respond to it and I know I have no bad side effects to them. I am honest about my health and prescriptions and treat this like I am physically seeing someone. It’s a wonderful company and the ease of use is why I choose it. I see some people get upset when they are not sent their prescriptions but that is simply because they weren’t approved. If you do to a doctor, and they do not prescribe you the medication you want because it is not advisable to do so, you still must pay for the appointment, right?Same thing. This company does not “rip you off”, they simply do things legally. Every prescription Ive gotten has come in a timely fashion and a top quality, fresh product. If ever I experience shipping delays that has nothing to do with RedBoxRX.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such a thoughtful review. Our purpose is to provide convenient, affordable quality healthcare discretely for our patients. Sometimes appropriate care cannot be given through telehealth. If our providers are not able to provide any treatment, please contact our patient care advocates at 844-733-2697. In most cases you would be eligible for a refund of the fee you paid for the consultation.

I have been very impressed with the quality and ease of service provided by redboxrx. I appreciate the thorough but easy to accomplish screening process to assess the need for the prescription. And, the very affordable prices add to the attractiveness of this service. Highly recommend.
Response from RedBox RxMar 23, 2024
Thank you for the recommendation Ken. We sincerely appreciate it! The assessment questions are designed to provide as much information as possible to help the provider select the best treatment for you. We are so glad the process worked for you and you got the treatment you needed. We look forward to helping again soon!

Never received my meds. usps (which really sucks) said my package arrived in my town on the 15th and said delivery on the 18th and now says its on its way to the next location. USPS isn't worth a Fudge. Finally got them. Will never use USPS if I can help it. It wasn't the fault of RedBoxrx .. it was the lousy post office
Response from RedBox RxMar 23, 2024
