Simple and Effective with $avings
The process is simple, and doctors were able to make changes to my current treatment within 24 hours as promised. I've been using this company after my sister recommended them since she has been using their service for over a year. I'm not disappointed and will continue using RedBox Rx.

For minoxidil, one of the cheapest of the market
As far as haircare goes, RedBox is the cheapest compared to other prescriptive retailers on the market. I have been using their 90 day 2mg tablets for awhile now. I have been looking for a more inexpensive retailer that is affordable, with fast shipping, and decent customer service offerings. I wish that the tablet would contain spironolactone as well, as they are sold separately while other providers combine them. For context, Happy Head is $66 for 90 days. Hers - $174 for 6 months. Ro - $90 for 90 days. I moved from Ro to RedBox because of this.

Welcome to RedBox Rx! We understand that price is important and we work hard to keep our prices low for all patients by avoiding the hassle of insurance. Our hair loss treatments are only available as FDA approved prescription medications which is why we do not offer and combination hair loss tablet. As you mentioned above, if both are needed that can certainly be prescribed separately!

Red Box or Red Flag
Red Box will send constant reminders to re-order. When you do - they ask if you have any questions or comments. One must send a photo before they send product. This - I learned is considered a “consultation” and deceptive as they don’t tell you they will CHARGE for this and you must do to receive product. Also - the “Help” desk is anything but but helpful. “It’s our policy” is the only assistance they offer with a side of attitude. I get notices that my purchase has shipped - but still have no tracking number. The product can be purchased anywhere - I will not be ordering from this outfit again.

Our treatments are only available by prescription so a provider consultation is required to evaluate the information you provide before determining if the medication is safe and appropriate for you. We do required a photo for certain visits, like anti-aging, acne, and skin rash as it is very difficult for our providers to prescribe the best treatment without seeing the concern. Tracking information is shown in your account once it is available, usually within 48 hours of purchase. The notifications of your treatment being shipped indicates that the tracking is now available. If you are not seeing the tracking, please reach out to our patient care advocates and they would be happy to provide that to you.

I was charged $69.00 for a 'visit,' was prescribed the wrong strength of RetinA, was not resolved and I had to pay another $69.00 to get the correct strength! Rip off!

I'm sorry to hear that you received a different strength of the medication than what you asked for. Please remember that the providers rely on you to provide a complete list of your past and current medications. When they are not aware of you having used a lower strength without any side effects, they will prescribe the lower strength and work up to a higher one only if needed.

It's a scam. No doctor experience.
Waited in the waiting room for my appointment, the doctor didn't even show up. They cancel my request for a prescription medication and then THEY STILL CHARGED ME. And there's no one on customer support staff to help you. Total scam.

They will help you get connected. Our policy is if no prescription is given, your visit fee is eligible to be refunded. Your $25 visit fee has already been refunded. Easy process, Fast shipment notice. a…
Very easy online ordering Rx without a local doctors prescription. I paid the $39,00 fee, filled out medical questionnaire and within 2hrs received the order approval, From time I placed my prescription order until I received a shipment notice was about 5hrs. Really good !
