I ordered a chip and they sent the wrong date. What I ordered was a two year and they sent me months chip.

Hi Steve, I’m sorry for the confusion here. After reviewing your order, the item selected at checkout was an 18-month medallion, which is what was shipped. I do see that “Year Confirmed: 2 years” was also selected, and I understand how that could create the expectation of a 2-year chip. We always ship the exact product selected, but I completely understand how this could be frustrating.
