It was okay it should have had the five in the middle a little bigger and it should have had my name a little bigger very tiny. It's a bright and shiny coin but I thought I'd have a little bit more weight to it too.

I've never had any problems with Recovery Chip until now, but I ordered my 1 chip on Oct 14 and was told to expect delivery within 3-10 work days. On Oct 26, I received a survey asking about my delivery. I responded that I never received the chip. On Oct 28, John Gall apologized and was very nice. He let me know you were waiting on USPS to scan the package. It's 11/3 (14 work days after I ordered the coin) and it still has not arrived. I was hoping to be more timely in giving this coin to someone dear to me to mark her first 30 days in the program, but that day is well behind us now. I know delays happen, but since you asked for a review, I thought I would share my experience.

Dear Lisa, Thank you so much for sharing your experience, and I sincerely apologize for the delay in transit. I can see that delivery was completed on November 3rd. I understand how important the timing was for this meaningful gift, and I'm truly sorry we couldn't get it to you in time for that special 30-day milestone. We genuinely appreciate your patience throughout this process, and I hope the coin still brings meaning and encouragement to its recipient, even if it arrived later than planned. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we need to improve. Thank you again for your understanding and for choosing Recovery Chip. Warm regards, John Gall

The communication was very poor you gave me back.My money without telling me that you didn't have the coin days later. And that put me in a pickled where I have to have a coin in four days

Hi Louis, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the poor communication regarding your coin refund. You're absolutely right that we should have informed you immediately when the item wasn't available rather than processing the refund without explanation. We understand this put you in a difficult position with your timeline needs. We've taken note of this communication gap and are working to improve our customer notification processes. If you need assistance finding an alternative coin solution, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn from this experience.

You made a mistake and sent the wrong coin. Everybody makes mistakes, that's ok. I did need it for a special occasion, so I wish you had sent the correct chip with faster shipping. Thank you for replacing the chip.

Same products I ordered in July have increased 2 dollars. Rather odd. As times are getting more difficult and my cost of necessities are rising, these items are first to get cut from my gifts and personal wants. Unfortunate Michael

I'm sorry, our suppliers have raised production costs so at times we need to adjust our pricing to keep producing the items.
