A USPS label was created and the item didnt ship until a week later AFTER I called to complain about it.

Your order shipped 10/21 the same day it was ordered. USPS did not scan the label but did transit the package. Tracking shows it will arrive Saturday November 1.

The crystals on this product were falling off right out of the package, will have to make repairs.

Requested a 52 year chip. Received a 56 year chip in a 52 year chip pouch. The chip is beautiful and well made though. Disappointed.

I only received half my order! did not receive the 29 yr. medallion.... I pray that it will still show up, just no notice with the one rule 62 medallions' I did receive... would have thought some communication would have been nice that the other was back ordered or something... Thanks

I am disappointed that the 3 year chip did not come with a small pouch to hold it in. When I give this chip to the person that I sponsor; I will just have to give him the chip. When my sponsor has given me a chip, it was in a small pouch which made the presentation much better.
