I would absolutely NOT use this company again! It took a total of 11 days to get an order from Florida to Mass? Really? The anniversary date I needed it by came and went. I should have had it in more than enough time …. Until this. I was pretty much told “oh well” without any recourse or offer of a solution besides “you can return it”. Gee, thanks. I’m sure that would be at my cost. No thanks. I’m absolutely taking my business elsewhere. I’m passing this along to the many people I HAD referred here. EPIC FAIL

Hi Dianna, thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry the timing didn't work out for your anniversary date. I want to share the full picture: your order was placed the evening of August 1 and we purchased the shipping label and fulfilled it on August 4. At checkout, the shipping method selected was our standard economy service (quoted at 3-10 working days), not a priority or expedited option. Per the tracking, the package was handed to your local Clinton, MA post office and was delivered today, August 13, which falls within that standard window. Had an expedited option been chosen, it would have arrived much sooner. We completely understand how important the milestone date is, and we'd genuinely like to make this right. I was able to change my Address after buy my friend his one year anniversary present
This company and its pilot took care of my change quickly and everything came right on time for 2 day delivery!!!
There was no additional issues on my end but not checking my info before sending the order but that’s on me. Thanks Recovery Chips!

Absolutely beautiful product and easy and wonderful customer service! On my order it was not delivered, when it was noted that USPS delivered it. I reached out and immediately got a response. With no issues they resent another chip. The product I received is BEAUTIFUL the quality is unmatched! I will be ordering again though this outstanding company
