Hi Pat, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration surrounding this order. We sent two separate shipments-one through USPS and one through Amazon-and both were tracked as delivered. Amazon's delivery record even included a photo of the package at your house, and all tracking details were provided to you. We also contacted USPS, which confirmed via GPS tracking that its package was delivered to the cluster mailbox. Because you still could not locate the order, we sent an entirely new replacement package via UPS, which is now in transit. We understand the multiple shipment notifications were confusing, and we are sorry this experience fell short of what you should expect from us.

Hi John, I’m sorry for the confusion. I checked your order, and the item purchased was the 30 Year AA Medallion Premium 22K Gold Plated Sobriety Chip—it was not listed as bi-plated. You can certainly return the item to me for a refund. Please send it to: John Gall 705 San Mateo Ct St. Augustine, FL 32095 Once it arrives back, I’ll process your refund promptly. Best, John Gall RecoveryChip.com
