The best customer service I've encountered in a long time! A human (not AI bot!) helped me fix an error I made in the recipient's address, and offered help that went above and beyond. It was great!

I did NOT receive the coin. I ordered a few weeks before go her 40th sobriety celebration. I had to go to my local ‘club’ and get a bronze chip so I could give her something. I STILL haven’t received it! I’m terrifically, disappointed

I'm very sorry UPS seems to have lost it as tracking has not updated in 10 days and it is marked delayed. I've issued you a full refund and opened a claim with UPS.
