Silk pajamas worth of 200$ that only after a few weeks wearing them, the fabric was ripped. Bad seaming, bad quality, but most of all..... bad bad bad customer service. AVOID!

I have been waiting 21 days for my order. I was promised delivery in time for Valentines Day. I contacted their customer service twice and I keep getting silly excuses for the slow fulfillment. I asked to have my order cancelled, They claim that it cannot be cancelled. Very concerned about quality when you do receive garment. I intend to return it immediately for a refund. Concerned about receiving a refund. Read the reviews and stay away from this company.

Schlechte Kommunikation, 4. Keine Rücknahmeoption, 5. Produkt ohne "Waschzettel", der wurde herausgetrennt, 6. Versand aus China hat zusätzliche Zollgebühren von 25% des Warenwertes verursacht, die nicht in der Preisangabe aufgeführt sind, 7. Das Unternehmen lässt den Handel von Unternehmen aus China im schlechten Licht erscheinen... je länger ich drüber nachdenke, desto mehr könnte ich k....n... 16.09.23 Allein die Tatsache, dass ich 19 Monate auf die Antwort warten durfte, spricht Bände. Lächerlich!!!

I ordered silk pajamas and they arrived in late Nov. They were beautifully tailored and fit well. After only 9 washings (we've had them 2 months) the fabric itself is separating and tearing. I washed by hand in cold water, no wringing. This is very poor-quality fabric. They are not answering my request for a partial refund. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered monogrammed pyjamas for a birthday present for my niece as the website said delivery in 3-5 days. I heard nothing so I contacted the company to ask for progress. They said they could not honour the delivery - this would have been several days after the birthday, so I asked to cancel the order and issue a refund. Despite several exchanges, they wanted me to accept the pyjamas for a discount. I said no and I would like all money plus postage to be refunded. They did not want me to raise a complaint via PayPal and asked me to close the dispute and said they’d issue a refund. How do I know they’ll honour this? I’m now awaiting the dispute settlement via PayPal. I do not recommend using this company.

Es handelt sich definitiv nicht um ein seriöses Unternehmen. Ich bestellte unter 12 Euro Aufpreis per Express im Weihnachtsstress 3 Wochen vor Weihnachten, Lieferzeit angeblich garantiert innerhalb 3 Werktage. Am sechsten Werktag, habe ich, leider zu spät, die Betrugswarnungen gefunden, unter anderem auf Trustpilot. Ich stornierte sofort per E-Mail. Als Antwort kam frech, dass eine Stornierung nicht möglich sei und ich benachrichtigt werde, sobald das Paket unterwegs ist. Eine solche Meldung kam per E-Mail etwa eine Woche später, ohne Sendungsnummer und unter Angabe einer falschen Bestellnummer. Der Käuferschutz von PayPal hat mir bisher nicht geholfen. Ich bekam eine E-Mail, dass ich den Konflikt bei PayPal doch bitte schließen solle, weil man mir sonst keine Rücksendungs Adresse mitteilen würde. Zwei Wochen später hatte ich ein Kuvert als Einwurf-Einschreiben im Briefkasten. Vor eine starke Lampe gehalten, konnte ich auf dem A4 Kuvert ein abgeklebtes Logo erkennen: realsilklive, offenbar in der Absicht den Absender zu verschleiern und mich zur Annahme der Sendung und zum Öffnen des Kuvert zu verleiten. Der Inhalt war nicht erahnbar, das Kuvert absolut blickdicht und auf Einwurf-Einschreiben optimiert. Absendedatum zwei Tage vorher, also zwei Wochen nach der Stornierung und eine Woche nach Eröffnung des Konfliktfalls bei PayPal. Auf der Sendungsmarke befand sich eine Absenderadresse in Frankreich: Translie International CUS, in Saint Denis in Frankreich. Das Unternehmen existiert, aber nicht in dieser Stadt. Die Informationen zu diesem Unternehmen sind kaum vertrauenswürdig: siehe dnb.com o.ä. Offiziell hat es nur 3 Mitarbeiter an einen ganz anderem Ort. Ich habe das Kuvert dem Postboten zurückgeben, die Annahme also verweigert. Jetzt bin ich gespannt, ob PayPal mich immer noch im Stich lässt.

FAKE FAKE FAKE Don't trust the 5* reviews. What they send is not what they are describing. It is cheap polyester of whatever style they have to hand and really poorly made. They swear blind it is real silk but the look and feel is obviously polyester. Even their own customs declaration for the $160 silk dress I ordered said Polyester value $18 Returns process is tortuous with no guarantee they will ever refund.
