I bought a cashmere hoodie which arrived and was nice. I wore it for a while and decided I wanted it in a larger size so I gave away the small and ordered a M. The M arrived and it fit exactly like the small. The bag had a size noted on it but the hoodie had no size tag on it. I believe these items are actually not made in different sizes.

This product a 69$ turtleneck supposedly a xxl woman’s sized is a TOTAL ripoff. This shirt would not even fit a 0 size woman. It was also described as a mock turtleneck and is a full turtleneck. It cannot be returned as it was laundered. This company makes it Almost Impossible to contact them.

Absolute scam company . I ordered Christmas presents guaranteed delivery in 5 to 7 days . They never made it . They are quick to charge your credit card but never deliver . I have texted with customer service which is very broken English . This is obviously an all China company . SCAM

I ordered two camisoles. Then I read some reviews and was alarmed. My experience was great! The camisoles arrived within two weeks. They fit perfectly and are of good quality.

The products I ordered were carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. They are identical to what I saw on the website. (Real silk) The travel pillow is gorgeous. The facemasks very light. Scrunchies are perfect the thermals feel lovely and I am going to try them on later. I did have a long wait. Ordered on 25th Oct and the package arrived today wed Nov 9th...which is why I got worried and looked at the reviews. Some were so dreadful I made up my mind to write my own review. I will buy from them again. To track you do have to manually put in your tracking number...but I was able to track my shipment...and you can too.

Absolute Scum. There is no customer service. They are customer sadists. The following pretty much sums it up. This is an email I sent to them three months ago: “Your website says that items are returnable for a refund. So far, that's a lie. How disrespectful can you possibly be? I've never seen such an ugly, insensitive, callus, arrogant display of bad business practice. How dare you ask for my Wife's personal information? Her weight and size? She doesn't LIKE the FIT. You explain why you need to know more. You will provide a %15 discount if she does as you instruct and give the dress away? She didn't buy the dress as a gift. Telling her what to do with it is again insulting. No. Not acceptable. You want photos of "The product status"? As you are completely distrustful of customers, why are you in business? She tried on the dress. She didn't like it. She put it back in the box. That's all you need to know or react to. She didn't wear it while changing a car tire, roofing a house, cooking, or pouring concrete. Who do you think my wife is? Insulting!” 9/15 - Incompetent fools. This issue was resolved over a year ago. Can't find my order? Nope, you can't. And there will never be another one.

It took 3 weeks for my order of only two items to arrive. Tracking information was poor in that little information. I did contact the company a couple of days before my order arrived and they were responsive which I appreciated. When the 2 items arrived, which were 2 small thermals or undershirts, they are poor quality in relation to fabrication. I am 5 feet tall and 114 pounds & of normal proportions. The armpits of the shirts are cut really short, small and tight and the sleeves are so tight I feel like my circulation is cut off. I have a number of thermals and undershorts I wear for winter sports, so I know this is not a normal fit. Whoever made these garments did not make them for a normal person and it’s clear the company doesn’t have quality control. I won’t be purchasing from this company again but instead will be shopping at their competitors.
