Item was well made and of good quality.
Item was well made and of good quality. Only criticism was the length of time to arrive. Took about 3 weeks from order. However, it is coming from a long distance.

Love silk with a Learning curve
Communication (ruby) is very good Willingness to work with the customer is greatly appreciated Although the sizing seemed difficult with some items, the willingness to get it right was appreciated Shipping required patience I anticipate the next order particularly will exhibit a consistent sizing , complementing a good product For underwear - go big For jackets - we’ll see… Socks - awesome ! Shirts - fit is good … Silk is sweet!!

I got an eyemask
I got an eyemask. It REALLY keeps the light out and the strap across the back of the head is very secure, though a little bit tighter than I'd like. Shipping took a really long time. "slow boat FROM China" would be an appropriate comment

product descriptions being improved.
The description of the product was misleading, however, the company have done a very good job of service recovery - altering their site description to more accurately reflect the composition of the materials, and offering me a refund . The product that arrived is not the thin pure silk set I was expecting but claims to have brushed silk interior. The main material is a blend of materials which seem reasonable quality. Unfortunately I can not read the chinese label to check it is cottton and spandex as advised but it seems likely.For what it is it seems good quality, I would try using this company again because of their diligent efforts to respond to my concerns appropriately. The sizing information requested with purchase ended up with a good fit ( ie XL for what is usually size 10-12 in Australia).

Let us clearly explain the fabric composition of this thermal underwear: the brushed inner lining against skin is 100% mulberry silk, which is the "real silk" we mentioned. The outer layer is a blend of 92% cotton and 8% spandex, designed to improve elasticity, warmth and durability. It is our oversight not to separately list the inner and outer fabric details on our page, leading to confusion. We will revise our product listing immediately to specify materials for each layer to prevent similar misunderstandings. Not very happy with the quality of the…
In regards to the original review down below, I updated it as customer service did reach out and provided me a refund on not only the nightgown, but the shipping as well. Thank you Real Silk Life for turning my negative experience positive! I ordered an XL it fit more like a Medium and there is no size chart showing inches/cm on their website that I could see. Shipping was caught in limbo for four days, no updates on the tracking and the very day I made a claim - it arrived. Could be concidence, but I wasn't happy with the quality of the nightgown so I returned it for a refund which I received. They do ship from China.

Quality!
They appeared to be a bit slow on the uptake to begin with, but as soon as things were clear Real Silk Life reacted with speed and politeness. I would definitely buy from them again as both the quality of the silk beanie I bought, and their customer service are top notch. Thank you Real Silk Life
