My linen top appeared to be good quality however it was not the size I ordered and the color did not match the color on the website. Disappointed because it was shipped from China and took a while to arrive. Customer service was very good though and I was offered an exchange or free return to an address within the US. I opted for the return.

the order took a very long time to arrive, and even though I measured myself the underwear garment was not even remotely going to fit, and the return process is overwhelming to complete ):

Pros: 1. customer service responded with sizing help. 2. Lovely packaging. 3. Cashmere sweater is thick, warm, and comfortable. Cons: 1. Shipping was long, going from China to CA, USA. 2. Sweater fit is poor for me. It's boxy so wide and short length. The suggested medium fits in the width, but wider than id like so it hides my build. Sleeves are 1 to 1.5 centimeter too short. 3. Website is hard to navigate, there's no filter and clicking tabs often resulted in new web browsers opening up. I'm 5ft 11in tall, 165lb, athletic build, 32 pant size.

I ordered 4 silk shirts 8/6/25 and received an email right away saying. Congratulations you completed your order. But the email did not have any order number and they already charged my card for the 4 shirts. A few days later an email said my order of one silk shirt was shipping and did not mention that possibly the other 3 were on back order? It is now 8/16 and no products have arrived, the 3 tracking emails keep saying my package with the ONE shirt has landed in the US. It has been in the US for over a week . I have emailed customer service 5 times with the facts including a screenshot of my credit card charge paid to them for 4 shirts and have not gotten any reply. It’s time to get my credit card company involved to reverse the charges. Too bad as I did purchase in the past and liked the product I got. I do suggest anyone who listed they did not get a refund or reply have their credit card company reverse the charges. I am certain if enough people did that they would very quickly educate themselves on the importance of improved customer service.

Too much of a shipping delay.

The dress I chose suddenly became unavailable after we had already ended the process and made the sale. Still looking for a refund.

The delivery took a long time and was delivered to a wrong address that I was assured was corrected. The grey has too much brown in it. The buttons, covered in silk will wear out and are hard to slide through the button hole. The collar lays too flat.

Dress is very pretty. It fit welll. It took long time to get here and very wrinkly, hoping to steam the wrinkles out. I’m
