This was the second refinance I did with Cody Sento and the Consumer Direct team. Everything went like clockwork and they saved me a bunch of money! Could not be more pleased.

I was clear when applying for the mortgage that I wanted to set up the automatic draft on the 15th of the month like my other Chase mortgage. Something US Bank did not do in automatic. I had to pay US Bank using Wells Fargo bill pay with 2 day electronic payment. I was told no problem that I would be about to setup autopay. With their bank for the 15th of each mth. Once I paid all the fees and closed on the mortgage I found their website would not allow autopay as promised. I could not even do Wells fargo bill pay as they are not setup for electronic payments and wells had to mail an actual paper check 7 days +/- to get to get payment to them. That was worse than my old bank. The only thing I could do was log in the 15th of the month and manually make payment ... can't even schedule payment in advance on their website.... forced to log in that specific day of the month. I refinanced that mortgage a second time last yr to drop them and go with Chase. HUGE HUGE waste of money but I would not put up with that crap!!
