They took the time to review our current income situation and come up with a plan to make our refinance work. Very much appreciated them taking the extra time.

Simple enough process, this was actually done through costoco. The closing costs were as promised, my only issue was getting the previous mortgage holder to close a line of credit, but that wasn't consumer direct's fault. Well worth the effort to save a few hundred dollars a month.

Dealing with Michael for the second time on refi/mortgage was a great experience all the way down to the closing. Great group that communicates clearly, meets timeframes and are very friendly in doing so. Would definitely recommend.

Process went smoothly. I always had as hard time with scheduling on answering phone calls so everyone was amazing at sending emails. Went a little longer than I thought, but was able to keep my rate locked. If I ever look to refi again down the road, consumer direct will receive my business inquiry first! Mobile notary was perfect and that is how it should always be done in the future! If I am missing something, an app login would be more beneficial than logging in on the internet.

I was most impressed with Dan Keffer, the senior loan officer who walked me through the process. He was professional during our initial contact and, knowing that I was shopping for the best rate, followed up with a 30-year loan offer that really works for me. He was always attentive, very informative and prompt in responding to inquiries. The rest of the CDMTG team also was great to work with - loan processor Melisa Hoodhood and closer Akilah Jones. I am glad I connected with CDMTG through Costco. Deb Winsor

I’m glad I went through Costco and found Consumer Direct. They had the best interest rate and Anthony Hicks was extremely helpful walking me through the process.

Process went very smooth People were great to work with. Directions were clear and easily understood.

I spoke with several brokers while trying to refinance my house. Alison and the team were easy to reach, quick with responses, offered the best interest rates and lowest fees. Alison promised a 45 day close and we were able to close in 30- just before Christmas. I would highly recommend.
