Very happy with the overall process for our mortgage refinancing. Very good numbers, excellent reactivity from the Consudirect team and very usefull webportal to manage the overall process electronically.

Very helpful and service is great

Very easy, fast and convenient.

First time to refinance over the phone and internet. Was not a bad experience other than not being able to communicate face to face with someone and some of the statements required (entire 401k statement when inquiring about my 401k loan). Everyone that I did communicate with was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Also was nice that closing was handled at my home. Thanks again to everyone that assisted with our refinancing.
