Consumer Direct has been great. I have actually refinanced twice with them. After my first refi the rates dropped quite a bit and my point of contact reached out to me to let me know that they had dropped in case I wanted to refi again with a credit towards the costs. I really appreciated this level of attentiveness as well as the timely processing of everything from beginning to end.

They were good. I am happy overall. it just took so long.

The Best Customer Service, Best Rates and Lowest Closing Cost. Dean F, Pam D, and the other team members provided responsive and professional service. The process took time but this team kept me informed on the next step. The "Dean" team have excellent communication and customer service skills. They were very responsive to my emails or voice messages. ConsumerDirect rates were very competitive and bit lower, but their closing costs were extremely lower. In fact, within two years, rates dropped even lower. I researched rates and closing costs of various companies and the economics favored ConsumerDirect and I refinanced again. Of course, the "Dean" team helped me again. If you're considering a mortgage or a refinance, it's a MUST to call ConsumerDirect.

Consumer Direct was a fast, easy and organized way to refinance my home loan. Most of the paperwork was completed and verified online. It was clear where we were in the process the entire time. The communication was great. They handled everything and even had the notary set up to meet me during lunch at work! I would definitely consider them again and the rates were very competitive.
