Great rates and extremely competitive closing/loan fees. Initial rep was wonderful. As we got closer to closing different reps were involved and attention to detail was not there along with changing info. depending on who we spoke to. We ended up refinancing more than what we needed because the figures we were given were incorrect of the amount we needed to bring to closing and also our payoff amount. Also, the title company did not honor our signed request of sending our credit card payment directly to the creditor instead they sent it to us which resulted in us having to pay the bill online since there was no time to mail it on time.

This was the easiest refinance we ever had. Great responses and efficient on every level.

I appreciate all the services through Consumer Direct. Although I've tried other lenders, Consumer Direct has been the most honest upfront Mortgage company I've ever used. We refinanced our home recently with CDM and our experience was overall positive and convenient. The team assigned to us was very helpful and displayed good attitude throughout the process.
