I had a smooth clean transaction!!!! With a great rate!!!!

Everything went well and was easy. Only issue was delay due to appraisal process. Not sure how to get that fixed but don't use appraisers that will not complete the report on time.

Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient through the entire process. They also were very quick with their responses to my questions. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a loan or refinance.

Impeccably professional from the beginning to the end. No nonsense. Clear communications as well as the processes. What they say is what you get without needing further explanation. Once the ball began rolling, you are exactly where you expected to be. ConsumerDirect Mortgage was easily handsdown the best company that I have gotten mortgages from. Duly impressed with the system by which they process, and also with its people for their impeccable professionalism. I am happier now than before meeting ConsumerDirect Mortgage.

Excellent processing speed, transparency, and efficiency. I would highly recommend.

I am very thrilled with service I received. The process was flawless and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I was updated all through the process and happy with the end results. Thank you.

Mike Huber was wonderful, spent time to answer all our questions and offered many options to help my husband and I decide on the best refi option. We are so grateful for his hard work, and grateful to consumer direct for their great finance product!
