I have used Consumer Direct several times to refinance and it is always such an easy experience. I truly appreciate their professionalism, communications and ability to make me feel at ease during the stress of refinancing. Also, they have given me the best rate every time with minimal costs. I have truly appreciated working with them.

My initial advisor David was excellent. He communicated very quickly, right to the point and able to point me at a direction very clearly. Haven’t worked with someone who is so great in mortgage for a while (my 5th house). After starting the application, I was then transferred to a group of folks for underwriting and remaining processing. There were 2-3 people in the process and less clear on who should I respond to since I got emails from different people. Furthermore, they were having difficulty getting info back and forth from the title company. During the two-week prior to closing, the process was quite stressful due to ineffective communication and lack of clarity on the loan status. My realtor had to step in so many times to move things along. That part was truly disappointing. I had such a great start with David.. did get a great rate for 15-yr so at the end of the day, it’s all worth it!
