It was simple and quickly got my loan done. I appreciate how efficient it was and no problems getting my loan.

It was a smooth process, super fast, all from home and great interest. All the representatives were super helpful and the communication was great.

Excellent team

This was the first time using online financing for my mortgage. The process was very easy and I would use consumer direct mortgage again. The communication was not very good. Particularly from the loan processor but somewhat the mortgage broker as well. I say this hesitantly because it was at a time when everybody was refinancing At the same time. I would think in normal market times the communication would be better

Process was long and kind of painful. Computer use to submit documents was extensive. Okay for computer literate, not so good for non computer users. Several people were involved in the underwriting process. Somewhat confusing for the borrower.

No issues so far.

Got me the advertised rate. Was clear about the paperwork I needed and the transaction went through. Nothing bad to say.

I had mortgage with consumerdirect mortgage twice They are awesome in everything fast and smooth best rate
