Jerry with CDM handled our refinance after our initial attempt with another mortgage company was a disaster. We were able to close within 2 months during the pandemic. I appreciated that Jerry answered emails promptly during our closing process and didn't delegate to someone else within his team.

Everyone was helpful and friendly however my packet was lost for almost 2 weeks. Meanwhile , even while on vacation, I had to send another complete set of documents. Detail that was missed is that after speaking with your agent I sent it out USPS SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We’ll there wasn’t anyone to sign for it! It got lost! I sent it to that office specifically because your agent had told me that it was open during Covid. Now that I think about it I should be reimbursed cost ($50) to FAX every page FROM A FEDEX LOCATION so as not to hold up closing.

I was very pleased with their help with refinancing and closing for two of my houses.

Overall the service was efficient. A few of the processes took a long time. I was also requested to provide certain information multiple times.

Both times he and the processor Faride were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I've recommended them several times to family and friends!
