I have worked with Dean Fiore and Real Genius Team. They have given me honest feedback and the best mortgage plan that suits my requirement. They have different plans for temporary interest buy downs. The process was smooth and team push hard to deliver the loan in time. I will definitely recommend Dean Fiore and Real Genius for the mortgage options

I had an ok experience applying for the loan, upon closing I realized the buydown rate was not used to estimate my first payment or subsequent payment of the life of the buydown. I reached out to the rep I dealt with and she informed me everyone has been fired and no amount of calls or voicemails are being returned. This is awful considering money was spent on this buydown. Now I'm stuck with having to either pay without the buydown or risk running into more problems for an error not made by me. This is a shame.

Hello, I apologize for any confusion and discomfort you’ve experienced surrounding your first payment. The payment coupon received in your initial closing package is not reflective of the loan being sold and servicing transferred to the end investor. The investor will provide information with the temporary buydown reflected in the payment. Our understanding is your Mortgage Banker has also sent you a copy of the goodbye letter, you should have previously received, that contains all contact information for the investor that is servicing your loan payments. Should you have additional questions or require further assistance please contact me directly at 502-767-2999 or via email at [email protected]. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business and trusting Real Genius with your mortgage financing. Sincerely, Jamie A. Thornton, CEO/Founder.

We’ve been very pleased working with Elyse Long both for our personal home loan as well as for several real estate clients that we’ve referred to her. She is quick to respond, thorough, quickly grasps needs and offers various solutions. I would not hesitate to work with or recommend her again.

I recently closed on my mortgage on September 26, 2023, and I must say, it was an overall positive experience. While the process took a bit longer than I initially expected, the journey was relatively smooth and hassle-free. The team at Real Genius was incredibly helpful and guided me through every step of the way, ensuring I understood all the details and moved efficiently through the process. I would recommend Real Genius to anyone in need of mortgage services.

Hands down best rate in the market! Shopped around with several lenders and no one else could beat Real Genius. Approval process was very smooth. In terms of room for improvement, at closing there was a minor paperwork mix up but got it resolved within 30 minutes.

Seamless and easy process with Real Genius! Mike and James were easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Being a first time home buyer, I was especially appreciative of the updates and guidance of next steps throughout the process.
