Our refi experience with Rod Davis was amazing. He was extremely communicative and helpful and our process went off painlessly and without a hitch. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

I have FAITH. I was connected to Rod Davis and he set me up with no worries! His commitment to me was spot on. He connected me with all the right people.

Rod Davis could not have been more perfect through our refinance process from beginning to end. He was attentive, communicative, and answered a million questions we had. We were able to get the best rate with him out of 3 other loan estimates and it cost us the least. He kept us up to date as things progressed or changed and we could not be any happier with the end result. Highly highly recommend using Rod.

Rod Davis with Real Genius Mortgage was an exceptional loan officer throughout my home purchase. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me navigate every step of the loan process with clarity and confidence. From the initial application to final closing, Rod was responsive, patient, and proactive—always making sure I understood my options and felt supported. He anticipated potential hurdles before they became issues and worked seamlessly with the VA and closing team to keep everything on track--even when we had to change the loan terms 5 days before closing. I’m grateful for his expertise and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful lending partner.

Working with Pat Moore was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, he was hardworking, persistent, dedicated, and incredibly patient throughout the entire loan process. He took the time to truly listen to my needs and concerns, and he never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. No matter how many questions I had (and there were a lot!), Pat always took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His professionalism and commitment made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I would highly recommend Pat to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy loan officer. You’ll be in great hands.

Extremely Pleasant Experience! We had a wonderful experience with Rod, our mortgage loan originator at Real Genius! He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. From our first interaction until our closing (and beyond), Rod provided total accessibility at all hours of the day, even weekends, to answer our many questions, and guide us through every aspect of our home purchasing process. His responsiveness to emails and phone calls is unmatched! When we hit some snags throughout the process, Rod had our backs and worked diligently to provide clarification and to represent our best interests. I have already referred our close family friend to him because he made the process so much easier for us. We have only positive things to say about our many interactions with him! Highly recommend him!!
