The people I interacted with at Reach in assisting me activate my service were amazing. I felt like I was dealing with friends. They are competent, professional, friendly, PATIENT, knowledgeable, and had a ton of empathy for me and my issues, some self inflected! Never did I ever feel like the Reach folks thought they were dealing with an imbecile (me) as so many tech support folks tend to do. I can't wait for an issue to pop up so I can call 'em again! Koodoos to all at Reach.

For me it was such a relief to talk with a real person who could without a doubt know what the problem was and how to fix it. They were informative and reassuring that they were gonna help you figure it out.

Reach service has been top notch from the beginning. Received my first invoice, and they already adjusted it for a lower priced plan due to minimal usage. Reach Mobile has saved us just over $140mo since January. Very pleased. Excellent alternative to overpriced Verizon!

My kind phone assistant made signing up easy and was very patient with the many, many questions I had to ask. Plus, Reach Mobile (Verizon) has much better coverage in our area than AT&T. We are looking forward to making the switch.

I really like Reach. It beats standing in line or on the phone and never get the answers to questions. I have been with two major companies, but like this one the best.

The team and CEO of Reach Mobile are of the highest quality in Customer service that I have found !! they are there when you need them and work until you are satisfied with the results! In the 30 + years with Verizon I never had this kind of service ever! If you are not completely satisfied you can even with a little urging speak with the CEO only if you have the need. Where else would this happen ???

So far, they are awesome. If you don’t use all the data you signed up for, they drop you to a lower priced plan so you aren’t overspending. Customer service is friendly, polite and helpful. I am in a difficult area for service and while it’s not super in my house, this is the most connection I have been able to get. 👍👍👍👍

My experience with Reach couldn’t be better—great coverage, customer service, and pricing. I wish I’d divorced my former carrier sooner!
