They do not pay you for internet that you do not use, as was advertised. Websites do not allow you to do anything, but see your profile. Customer rep who I had to call was rude and laughed at me.

Bad Network, Subpar Customer Service Response
I've had several awful experiences where data doesn't refresh, the data monitor is inaccurate, or the network just goes out. Huge waste of time. Customer service response is inadequate, they offered $20 credit on one billing cycle. I've wasted hours of time, that kind of compensation is insulting and doesn't make it right.

Started the process of buying 4 new…
Started the process of buying 4 new lines but wasn't able to complete the order online or through the customer service. I was over 90 minutes on a chat with different CS that promissed that everything looks good and will be having service in few minutes but nothing happened. When asked why it takes so long to get service process going they said there was a glitch. 2 days later emailing back and forth to no solution, now i am not looking to sign with this company any longer.

The bar was set so low....
Additional info: Instead of using the card on file for payments, they used my debit card, so the charge for a other month of service came out of my bank account. My debit card was originally used to purchase the SIM card, but is not the card I put on file for monthly payments. Using the wrong card could have resulted in an overdraft fee that I can't afford.
Reach somehow thinks I have used my entire monthly 25gb of data in 2 days and the best they have been able to do at this point is add 1.5gb to my balance while they allegedly try to figure out what happened. It has been days since I complained about this and put considerable energy into trying to convince the rep that I could not have used this much data in a whole month, let alone 2 days.
Aside from the fact that they do not send you alerts when you are nearing your limit (which would have alerted me to the fact that something was wrong before it was too late) and do not send you a reminder a day or two before they are about to take money from your bank account for the next month of service (helpful for those of us who are seniors, struggle with depression, etc.)1, it has been very disappointing to spend as much money as I have with a company that I thought was going to be decent. It took forever to get my SIM card. Then I discovered that, contrary to the information I had found on Google, they do NOT use Verizon towers any more - strictly T-Mobile now, which doesn't work well where I live.
I have been through Cricket hell recently, so I know what the worst godawful internet experience feels like. This hasn't been as bad as that, although it's hard to imagine anything could be - but my expectations were higher based on my research, including Trustpilot reviews.

While their customer service reps are…
While their customer service reps are extremely nice, the service has left a lot to be desired. We activated 6 lines but 3 are not working. I have been told repeatedly to just turn off and turn on the phones again. The phones are compatible and are the exact same phone/model as our working phones. Nothing is fixed and I have 3 non working phones lines that Reach is more than happy to charge me for. They can't seem to find a fix so I'm just left stuck with this situation and no resolution.

Reach... for the long way around to mistreat customers?
I've been a customer for three months now, and I don't have anything good to say about Reach.
Before signing up I had a couple of chats to see how they behave overall, and to ask some questions about plans. They gave me the song and dance about how they're 'redefining what customer service should be', and how they're 'a woman-led company empowering women'.
I signed up, got started, and things were okay for the first month. I had to ask for help seeing my bill several times, and found out that the only way to actually view and manage your bill is through the mobile app, contrary to what I was told in the before-purchase chat, which was that I would be able to view and manage all aspects of my account on the website, or in the mobile app.
Once we got past that, all was well until 5 weeks in when I was running out of data for some unknown reason, so I asked to upgrade to the highest plan, 20 GB. They only let me upgrade to the 12GB plan, but didn't tell me that, so we went back and forth several times over the next few weeks.
This all came to a head for me when I chatted in for the fifth time on March 27th, and chatted with Reetika, who said she was 'not comfortable doing her job', so she was going to hand me off to her manager. Cue three hours of chatting and texting trying to get clear answers to my simple questions, lots of hassle, and several instances of completely ridiculous questions, like, 'would it be okay if I resolve this for you?' (Yes, really, they actually asked me that exact question).
After chatting with several agents with female names, I get a phone call from a guy who says he's the top manager, and he's here to get this resolved right now; he then got it resolved right then and there by upgrading me to the 20 GB plan. He refused to address any of my other questions or concerns, and hung up on me. During this instance, I was given the 'you're welcome to leave' spiel four times.
This last round of issues started 4 days ago when I noticed consistently slow speeds, and that I had no data access while in a phone call, even though i'm in an LTE area, and I have LTE service (so says my device). I asked for help yesterday, chatted with Cyan, and i've never had such a horrible experience with a mobile carrier CSR in all of my years! She turned off my service, disabled my device, completely ignored me, demanded I reboot the device even though I had already done so, then demanded I turn it back on even after I told her it turned itself off, and gave me the message 'disabled by carrier', and carried on with her abuse for close to half an hour before she ended the chat. I was completely blown away by how rude and nasty she was! I again got the 'you can try somewhere else' spiel at least six times.
After an hour or so my device rebooted, my service was restored, and another hour later I got an email saying there is no issue, but they did everything they could do (yes, really).
So now here I am, having asked for help again (with great trepidation!) a half dozen times today, and have been repeatedly ignored.
I am a little sad to say this, but it seems like Reach is an MVNO run by women who hate men.
I have purchased a SIM kit from another company and hope the port goes smoothly, but i've also got an attorney lined up in case things don't.
I am absolutely amazed at how much time, effort, energy, and cost these people will put into being rude, nasty, difficult, and hateful, and how little time, energy, effort, or cost they'll put into resolving issues and answering questions.
Good customer service is faster, cheaper, and easier than bad customer service!
Gee, how nice of them to reply... with the same garbage that led to this review! I've been promised a call from a manager 9 times in this case so far; up to this time (1613 CT 17MAY21) I have received NO calls, answers, help, or assistance from anyone at Reach, despite my more than a dozen requests.
Further, I've been through multiple 'network resets', but never had one that resulted in a 'device disabled by carrier' message, and none that came with the abusive behavior I received from Cyan.
I'll suggest again: Instead of trying to minimize the issues, just resolve them.

Hi Daniel – we apologize for the frustration you are experiencing. The process our team has been walking you through is called a network reset, which serves to wakeup/refresh the cellular signal. Usually it’s a quick and painless process that requires your phone to be turned off, then back on. It has always been (and still is) our intent to work collaboratively with you to troubleshoot the issue and get your connectivity running smoothly again. Although we were assisting you over chat this weekend, it was our sense that speaking with you on the phone might help troubleshoot the issue more easily. We offered to have a phone call with you over the weekend (outside of our usual phone support hours), because your connectivity is important to you, and to us. We would be happy to coordinate that still.
Though our actions indicate the same, it’s important to state that we never under any circumstances discriminate based on age, sex, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, physical or mental ability, or any other factor. We will continue to offer you customer support to the best of our ability. As with all of our customers, we will readily assist with a smooth port out if you choose to switch service providers. Please be in touch if we can be of further assistance.
