The Best Customer Service!
I had some problems getting my phones ported to Reach. Instead of a nightmare getting this sorted out, as would have happened elsewhere, I encountered the best customer service I have ever had.

The best customer service you've ever had?! Shucks, we're blushing over here! The difference between us and other carriers is that we treat our customers like they are family. We know that porting your number over can be the most troublesome part of a mobile service experience, but we are elated to know that we turned a potential nightmare into a dream!

So easy to get set up
So easy to get set up. Cyan was super helpful, and billing has been seamless. Couldn't believe how simple it was to not have to subscribe to a big retailer.

We have to agree - 100% digital is the way to go! When it's all in the app, the activation and billing experience is as smooth as butter. And hey - you're still getting the 'big retailer' network without the 'big retailer' nickel-and-diming song-and-dance. I needed to cancel my extra line that I…
I needed to cancel my extra line that I didn't need anymore and Reetika was nice a patient with me when my other phone died that I needed to get the info from, was able to cancel extra line no problem overall excellent service.

My phone has not been unlocked yet and needed my calls forwarded to a different number. Tech support was extremely helpful!!!

Ah jeez, aren't locked phones the WORST?! Well, that's why Reach will never lock your phone. While we can't unlock a phone, we are quite nimble at finding creative solutions. Thanks for the great review!
