Incredible service!
I had just signed up with my phone last week. The process was easy and the people I dealt with were terrific. Then today I saw an email that new customers could get 3 months of service for 50% off. I chatted online with Freeda, who was fantastic. She told me that my line would qualify and I would get the discount. She was wonderful and Reach mobile is the way to go.

Great customer service
I placed an order without checking true accuracy and used the chat service to update an order already in progress. Anita did a great job of handling the issue professionally and updated my changes in a timely manner while being clear on the time she needed to execute while she stepped away from the chat. Excellent service via chat during this experience.
