My apologies with initial review, confusing it with similar product name! This is a good product, though a bit more difficult to install than “How To” Video. I used a pair of vice grips to hold buckle, then used a small crescent wrench to push collar from behind over buckle/bungee cord (I.e. wrench was open wide enough to not interfere with bungee cord.) Otherwise, I could not install simply by hand as video portrays.

Sold out of most quantities of things that I was looking for and when I inquired if they knew when it would be replaced I was told that they didn't know. All of which is fine but hard to plan for so I'm giving average marks. Not disappointed but not really impressed yet.
