I thought Ravenox’s website was very informative regarding all aspects of their product. I think manufacturing in America is very important to us all. I also found the guide to product width very helpful since I’m not as familiar with the metric system that many companies use.

Ravenox customer service and product are exceptional! They shipped the next day and the rope for our wedding's handfasting ceremony was received within a week. We are very happy with the quality, variety of colors and sizes. We only needed 3-4 ft, yet 10 ft was the smallest quantity available, so since I couldn't find empty spools, I found some candle sticks which will work nice to wrap the remaining rope around for a memorable decoration. Glad I came across Ravenox!
