I called Ravenox late in the afternoon…
I called Ravenox late in the afternoon with a desperate plea for 3/4 inch cotton rope to be in my hands by the next day for use in a TV episode. Even though it was not their usual service, they went way above and beyond expectations and made it happen. Their service and product are amazing. And the icing on the cake is their rope is made here in North Carolina by a veteran owned company. Their selection is very large. The next time I need a large amount of rope, I will definitely contact Ravenox (a little earlier than before).
