Hi Thomas, We apologize that you received your survey early. We do our best to send items out as quickly as possible. As I'm sure you saw on our website, many of our products are made right here in the USA and shipped directly from our factory. Your item has shipped and has likely been impacted by the current weather issues being experienced near our facility in North Carolina. Please reach out to customer service for more information and/or questions. We would appreciate a revised review upon the receipt of your item. Sincerely, Ravenox Customer Support
