This the best all around e-bike company with excellent customer service! I bought my wife the step thru LF-750 model and myself the LM-750 and we couldn’t be happier. Very impressed with the build quality, customer service is beyond amazing, ride quality is very comfortable and fast. Would highly recommend.

I have two Rad Power Rad Runner e-bikes which are super dependable. The Rattan Pathfinder is a big, fun bike. Super fast. Coasts very well. Great acceleration. There’s really no comparison to the Rad Power bikes we bought. But I’m sure that’s by design. When we go into the garage, the pathfinder is what we jump on first. With that said, customer service must be done through email. While annoying, I do get the sense that they care about the success of their company, and as a result, will work though the challenges of time zone differences.

Amazing, fun and great looking E-bike I was quite easy to assemble, the quality impressed me, and the basket looks great on it. The battery lasts a long time, and I love that the power is good enough for 2 adults. We even took it to the beach this weekend and it was great. Also, the costumer service was great when we purchase the bike.
