This bicycle has no speed and is very flimsy.

I had to initiate any communication on the status of my order. I ordered the part in May and it arrived at the end of August. I would not recommend purchasing a Rattan bike!

My free gift did not show up or show shipping. I was supposed to receive free saddle bags for my Rattan Quercus.

The connector on the end of the new key is a male.plug but the connector on the ebike battery is a male.plug as well so it t will not connect. The Old key plug had a female plug connector as it should.

I was not given the option to purchase a pair of rotors for my bike. I ordered what I thought was rotors and only one rotor came so I had to order the other rotor and of course this time it costs more. I was under the impression that rotors came in pairs.

I bought a rattan lf pro 2026 it supposed to have arrive within 3-5 days, it didn’t. The tracking number showed it was delivered it wasn’t. Upon notifying the chat they investigated and told me it was delayed. I would have appreciated if they contacted me and told me this also this information was relayed to me in 1-2 days. I wasn’t sure if I was getting scammed or if my bike was really coming. Here we are at the end of second week and still no bike to review or try. The accessories came way before the bike. There wasn’t a phone number that I could reach anyone. It was a lot of money for me to just trust the chat that someone will get back to me eventually. Once they did there wasn’t any store credit or cash back offer, which would have been nice, for me to recommend this brand of e-bike or potentially buy from them again. I give it two stars because I’m too nice but this was a nail biting experience for so much money and still no bike. They are quick to send me notifications to review the e-bike but I can’t physically do that since I don’t have the bike. The customer service was a chat with AI or real person I don’t know and also it sounded very impersonal.
