After ordering my bike I realized that I had forgotten to include the promo code to get an advertised discount. I reached out to customer service hoping that I could provide the promo code and still receive the discount. While I was hopeful, I wasn't optimistic. Customer support replied quickly and gave me the discount. I can't wait to get the bikes.

The bike is a great one. The thrust and speed is really good. Be sure to adjust the battery and the lock to fit into the slot correctly, otherwise it's a great bike

We bought two Rattan Pathfinder ebikes and we love them. We had a problem with the gear shifter on one of the two, but customer support was quick to promise us a replacement. I hope we will receive the replacement soon.

I just purchased my bike and realized the color was wrong. Speaking with Leon, he was so kind that was able to change the color for me.

Throttle doesn’t work without pedal assist turned on I bought this bike because it has a backseat And was excited to try it out. After setting it up, I noticed the throttle was not working. I contacted Support and was told the throttle does not work unless pedal assist is turned on. This would be fine if pedal assist level one was mellow, but it's not in the least bit. Unless you plan on always having pedal assist on and are OK with getting your neck jerked back when you takeoff. I would think twice about this bike. No where in the description does it state that the throttle doesn't work unless you have a pedal assist enabled.
